أما سنة 2016 زمن المجلس الحالي فقد نزلت هذه المصاريف إلى مستوى النصف بمبلغ وصل 170 مليون سنتم بنسبة ترشيد بلغت 50%.
أما إذا انتقلنا إلى مصاريف إعداد المخطط الجماعي السابق فنجدها وصلت إلى مبلغ 600 مليون سنتم في الوقت الذي لم تتجاوز فيه مصاريف الإعداد للمجلس الحالي عشر المبلغ السابق أي حوالي 60 مليون سنتم .
