تعرضت وكالة المخابرات الأمريكية المعروفة بحروفها اللاتينية الى ضربة قوية تعتبر من أكبر الضربات في عالم التجسس بعدما وزعت الجمعية الشهيرة “وكيليكس” ثمانية آلاف وثيقة حول كيفية تجسس هذه الوكالة على الموبايل. وهذه هي المرة الثالثة التي يتعرض فيها الأمن القومي الأمريكي الى هزات بعد تسريبات 2010 ثم اسنودن.
وقالت ويكيليكس في تصريحات: ” Year Zero، تعتبر تفاصيل عن برنامج القرصنة السري العالمي، لوكالة الاستخبارات المركزية، بما في ذلك المستخدمة ضد شركات الإنتاج، آي فون أبل، وأندرويد غوغل وويندوز مايكروسوفت وحتى تلفزيونات سامسونغ، والتي تحولت إلى سرية الميكروفونات”، كما جاء على “روسيا اليوم”.
وأشار الموقع في تغريدة على “تويتر” إلى أنه حصل على التسريبات من شبكة داخل فرع لوكالة المخابرات الأمريكية لشؤون الاستخبارات الإلكترونية في مدينة لانجلي التابعة لولاية فرجينيا. وقال مصدر المعلومات لموقع وكيليكس في بيان: “كانوا يرغبون في بدء نقاش علني حول (أمن وإنشاء واستخدام وانتشار والرقابة على الأسلحة السيبرانية)”.
وأضاف المصدر أن من بين المسائل التي كانت ستناقش هي: “هل قدرات القرصنة لدى وكالة المخابرات المركزية تتجاوز الصلاحيات الموكلة إليها ومشكلة الرقابة العامة”
ومن أحدى المسائل المتعلقة التي كان يرغب أن تناقش أيضا في العلن “ما إذا كانت قدرات القرصنة لدى وكالة الاستخبارات المركزية ورقابتها العامة تتجاوز الصلاحيات الموكلة إليها”.
ويسلط قسم “الأسئلة المتكررة” من البيانات المسربة، الضوء على الحجم الحقيقي للتسريب، وخاصة أن “المعلومات التي وردت في التقرير حصلت مؤخرا وتغطي عام 2016.
ويشير ويكيليكس في تحليله لـ” Year Zero” إلى أن الوكالة استخدمت تقنية تجسس تسمى ” Weeping Angel (الملاك الباكي)” وهي تقنية مراقبة تصيب أجهزة التلفاز الذكية وتحولها إلى ميكروفونات تنصت.
ويؤكد الموقع أن الهجمات ضد أجهزة تلفزة سامسونغ الذكية باستخدام Weeping” Ange” كان بالتعاون مع جهاز الاستخبارات البريطاني MI5، الذي بإمكانه تسجيل المحادثات رغم إظهارها حالة ” Fake-Off” (الإطفاء الوهمي).
وزعم موقع “ويكيليكس″ أن القنصلية الأمريكية في مدينة فرانكفورت الألمانية بمثابة قاعدة سرية لهاكرز المخابرات الأمريكية السرية، مشيرة إلى أن عملاء المخابرات لديهم جوازات سفر دبلوماسية وغطاء من الحكومة”.
وقال الموقع إن “القاعدة” السرية في فرانكفورت تغطي منطقة أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا. ووفقا للبيان، فإن قراصنة وكالة المخابرات المركزية ينصحون القول: “إن عملهم في القنصلية لدعم الاستشارات الفنية”.
وهذه هي المرة الثالثة التي يتعرض فيها الأمن القومي الاستخباراتي الأمريكي الى ضربة موجعة، وكانت المرة الأولى على يد وكليكس سنة 2010، بتسريب الوثائق الشهيرة للخارجية والبنتاغون الأمريكي، ثم تسريب إدوارد سنودن لطريقة اشتغال وكالة الأمن القومي الأمريكي والآن الاستخبارات الأمريكية CIA.
