أكثر من علامات استفهام تحوم حول اختفاء رئيس جهة طنجة – تطوان – الحسيمة إلياس العماري عن الأنظار في ظل الغليان الذي تشهده منطقة الريف وارتفاع حدة الاحتجاجات و المظاهرات المطالبة برفع التهميش والإقصاء عن منطقة طالها النسيان لسنوات.
غياب من من المفروض أن يكون حاضرا على اعتباره منصبه السياسي أولا، وكونه ابن المنطقة ثانيا واختياره التواجد بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في هذه الظروف العصيبة، يفسره البعض على أنه الهروب من المواجهة مع أبناء منطقته بعدما ابتلعته آلة المخزن وهجنته. فحزبه الذي حصد نصيب الأسد في الانتخابات الجماعية والجهوية بالجهة قد تخلى منتخبيه عن الوعود التي قطعوها على أنفسهم، حتى نكاد نجزم أن حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة من الأسباب المباشرة لاندلاع شرارة الاحتجاجات بالريف، ناهيك أنه كان سببا مباشرة في المساهمة في تقسيم الريف وتشتيته في إطار ما سمي بالجهوية الموسعة.
كذلك قربه من دوائر القرار ، والعلاقة التي تجمعه بمستشار الملك فؤاد عالي الهمة هي من جلبت عليه ويلات وغضب أبناء الريف حتى باتوا يصفونه على لسان قائدهم ناصر الزفزافي “ببيدق المخزن” والشخص الذي يسعى وراء مصالحه الخاصة على حساب مصالح منطقة الريف التي ينتمي إليها وترعرع فيها وفضل عليها المناصب والامتيازات.
اليوم وبعد إعتقال الزفزافي خرج برسالة يحكى فيها أسباب تواريه على الأنظار، والحكمة من مجانبته الصمت طيلة هذه المدة، وأنه سعى جاهدا لإطفاء لهيب الاحتجاجات بقيامه بمراسلة الجهات المعنية دون جدوى، وأنه احتكم إلى لغة العقل بل السعي نحو العنترية الكذابة، وأنه لا يريد أن يكون زعيما من ورق في تلميح ضمني لقائد الحراك ناصر الزفزافي.
خروج العماري في هذا التوقيت بالذات له أكثر من دلالة، أولا اقتناصه الفرصة لبسط مقترحاته في غياب من سيعارضه، وإلا أين كان عندما انفلتت الأمور؟ مالذي قام به بعد وفاة محسن فكري صديقه حسب ما يدعيه؟ مالذي كان يمنع من استصدار بيان حزبي اتجاه الأوضاع بالحسيمة بالرغم من أنه يعتبر زعم ثاني قوة حزبية بالمغرب إما مساندا أو شاجبا لحراك الريف؟ أم أنه كان ينتظر التعليمات، ولعلها قد أصدرت وكانت الرسالة، ولا نعلم ما سيليها.
في حين يرى متتبعون أن تعمد إلياس العماري عدم الظهور في أوج الحراك سيكلفه شعبيته التي كان يراهن عليها بالريف، فيما تسائل البعض الآخر عن عدم دخوله كوسيط بين قادة الحراك الشعبي والدولة لتأسيس لبناة حوار هادفة من اجل تحقيق مطالب الريفيين العادلة والمشروعة وإيجاد صيغة نهائية لطي صفحة الماضي وبدء عهد جديد يضمن لأبناء منطقة الريف كافة الحقوق المشروعة.
